This is the 106th passage in “Scripture… As We Live It“:

And when they [Paul and Barnabas] arrived [in Antioch] and gathered the church together they went to church, they declared they listened to the pastor declare all that God had done with them, and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles, but they were allowed to give a testimony on “Missions Sunday.” (Acts 14:27 re-mix)

(Please read the first post for an explanation of this series.)

Or a remix of your remix :)

“And they [Paul and Barnabas] were invited to speak [in Antioch] for the annual Missions Sunday, so they were given the opportunity to declare to the church all that God had done with them, and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.”

    Alan,

Seems like Paul knew the denominational church where I used to attend :)

    Alan,

I am new to your blog, having linked here via another blog. I have enjoyed what I’ve read so far, but this string of posts is the most eye-opening thing I’ve seen for a long time, and, in a sad sort of way, funny. What a creative way to make what should be obvious…obvious.
