Scripture… As We Live It #101

Posted by on Apr 11, 2010 in as we live it, scripture | 2 comments

I know, some of you were thinking (or hoping) that I would stop this series after #100. Nope.

This is the 101st passage in “Scripture… As We Live It“:

And the Lord’s servant pastor must not be quarrelsome (except with heretics) but kind to everyone, able to teach preach, patiently enduring pointing out evil… (2 Timothy 2:4 re-mix)

(Please read the first post for an explanation of this series.)

I’m beginning to suspect that you are older than you appear, and, in reality, translated the book used by the denomination (which claimed not to be one) in which I began pastoral ministry.

I’m pleased you are continuing the series. Each one is an excellent commentary.
